If there is any conflict between these Terms of Service and the applicable License Agreement for a particular Service, the Company or its licensors shall resolve the conflict in its sole discretion.
2.2 The Company reserves the right to modify the Sites, Services and Software and/or change the system specification requirements necessary to access and use the Services at any time and without prior notice.
3. User Account
Opening a User Account:
3.1 In order to play games and place wagers on the Website, you first must register with the Casino and open a User Account.
3.2 You are allowed only one User Account. This means you will be able to open only one account per email address. If you have more than one account, all winnings will be void. If you open more than one User Account, the Casino may close all accounts and any bonuses and winnings may be voided.
3.3 As part of the registration process, you will have to choose a Username and Password for your login into the Website. You are obliged to keep your Username and Password secret and confidential. Any use of the Software application through your Username and Password is your sole responsibility. Please note that your password is not saved in our Database, all passwords are encrypted at registration and decrypted at sign in.

If you fail to provide the requested documentation within 2 weeks, or submit fraudulent documentation, we reserve the right to cancel the payout and/or close or lock your User Account.

Closing your User Account:
3.7 You have the right to cancel your account or a particular subscription at any time. You understand and agree that, except as expressly provided by law, the cancellation of your account or a particular subscription is your sole right and remedy with respect to any dispute with the Company or its licensors.
3.8 To close your User Account, send an email to Support@casinointense.com stating your account details and intention to close the account.
3.9 Withdrawal requests may be subject to audit before processing, and we reserve the right to reclaim bonuses or any winnings if a request fails an audit.
3.10 In the case of suspension of your Account, you may provide us with evidence addressing our suspicions within three (3) months following the suspension.
3.11 We reserve the right to suspend or close your account in any case of charging back your deposits, which is considered a violation of these Terms. In a case such as this, we will be entitled to confiscate any balance of funds in your Account, including deposits and winnings. This will be considered an offset for the charge back.
User Account General Rules:
3.12 You can use your User Account for personal use only. Commercial use of the Casino is strictly forbidden. You will play only for private and non-professional purposes.
3.13 You will not allow any third party, including but without limitation to minors, to use your User Account to place wagers or participate in the games in any way. You are solely liable for any losses, costs or expenses associated with the use of your User Account.
3.14 The Casino is not liable in any way for your participation or attempted participation in any act outside of the rules given herein, or outside of the normal course of on-line casino operations.
3.15 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account or access to the funds it holds, in case of suspicion of misuse of our Website, breach of these Terms, illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, breach of security, charge backs, cheating, using our services in a jurisdiction that finds it illegal or if you are under the minimum legal age for gambling under applicable law
3.16 Where there is a reasonable suspicion that the Account User has committed or attempted to commit a fraud against the Casino, either on their own or as part of a group we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Account or access to the funds
3.17 Where there is a reasonable suspicion that the Account User is acting on behalf of another user/person/group we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Account or access to the funds.
3.18 If you are suspected of transferring/selling the Account, or sharing information to another/third party we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Account or access to the funds.
4. Deposits And Withdrawals
Depositing to your User Account:
4.1 You acknowledge that any funds used for playing Games must be legal.
4.2 Any real money deposit is subject to wagering before it can be withdrawn. This is a security regulation that aims to prevent international money laundering. Therefore, in the case of withdrawal requests pertaining to funds not used for wagering, we will refuse the withdrawal.
4.3 The Company does not accept third party payments. You must make deposits only from a bank account, bank cards, e-wallets or other payment methods that are registered in your own name.
4.4 If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition, your winnings will be confiscated, and the original deposit will be returned to the owner of the payment account.
4.5 The Company is not responsible for the lost funds deposited from third party accounts. The minimum deposit required is 10 Euro. Once you place a bet, the bet is irrevocable, and you cannot undo or “charge back” the transaction. You cannot get your stake money back if you lose your bet.
4.6 The Casino reserves the right to limit and/or refuse your wager without prior notice. The Casino is not obligated to accept your bet.
4.7 In the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winning, the decision of the Casino shall be final and binding.
Withdrawing from your User Account:
4.8 Withdrawals must be made back to the User Account that the deposit originated from. This may not be possible in the event of a credit card deposit, in which case an alternative withdrawal method may need to be used.
4.9 The minimal amount for withdrawal is EUR 100. A maximum of EUR 1000 can be withdrawn per week.
4.10 Pre-deposits bonuses and free spins comes with a Conversion Limit of 150 Euro which determines the maximum withdrawal amount out of them. The Conversion Limit should not be confused with any Withdrawal Limit mechanisms. In order to withdraw winnings generated from pre-deposited bonuses and free spins, a player must perform a successful deposit by credit card.
4.11 Withdrawal requests may be subject to audit before processing and we reserve the right to reclaim bonuses or any winnings if a request fails an audit.
4.12 When you make a withdrawal for the first time, we might ask you for certain document copies to verify your identity. We may subsequently ask for these copies at random to ensure the security of your account. These documents include: Photographic ID. This will be a copy of a current ID, showing your name, photograph and signature. Options for such IDs are: Passport/driving license/National ID card. 4.13 Should the lifetime deposits of a player be less than, or equal to €200, their maximum withdrawal amount is 20(X) times the total amount of their lifetime deposits, minus any fees and bonuses. For example, a player whose total lifetime deposits are €20 is only entitled to withdraw a maximum of 20 x 20 = €400.
General Deposit and Withdrawal Rules:
4.14 To protect ourselves and the interests of our financial processors we reserve the right, should we become aware or suspicious of any combination of deposit and withdrawal manipulation or money laundering activity that constitutes fraud, to withhold payment of funds and notify relevant authorities and the payment processor(s) of your actions for further investigation.

Any fraud (whether actual or constructive) on your part or caused by you shall automatically void any actual or attempted transaction from the inception and any winnings will be voided.
4.18 Please be advised that members of the VIP program who are classified as either Bronze, Chrome or Silver, will receive their requested payouts within a maximum of 7 business days.
4.19 . Withdrawals of winnings and bonuses from pre-deposit free bonus money may be limited to specific countries. Please make sure you have carefully read all applicable terms and conditions linked to any bonus scheme we may offer from time to time.
4.20 . We reserve the right to charge a reasonable commission based on currency exchange rates if we have reason to believe, a customer is not maintaining an appropriate level of play and is taking advantage of exchange rate fluctuations. 4.21Withdrawal of funds might be temporarily withheld, until we complete our investigation in the context of any legal or regulatory obligations that we may have. Furthermore, we reserve the right to suspend or close any Account, based on our judgment.
5. Account Verification and Anti-Money Laundering Policy
5.1 By agreeing to the Terms and conditions, the User authorizes Casino Intense to undertake verification checks as we may require ourselves or may be required by third parties (including regulatory bodies) to confirm the age, identity and contact details to prevent money laundering.
5.2 If the player deposits more than 2000 EUR and/or requests a withdrawal, we require identification documents.

6. Applicable Law
6.1 This Agreement, its interpretation, implementation, and the relations that bind the parties are governed by the laws of Curacao.
6.2 . Any litigation or claim arising directly or indirectly from this contract will be submitted to the competent court of Curacao which has exclusive jurisdiction.

7. Complaints
7.1 You are free to contact our customer service team according to the instructions found on the Website to give us any complaints regarding our services. Complaints are handled in the support department and escalated in the organization of the Casino, You agree to allow us at least 24-48 hours to resolve any complaints or disputes before turning to third parties for mitigation. in the case that support personnel did not solve the case immediately. You shall be informed about the state of the complaint to a reasonable level. 8. Refund Policy
8.1 No refund can be completed once the alleged deposit (including the bonus) has been played using the Services.
8.2 A refund request will only be considered if it is requested within the first forty-eight (48) hours of the alleged transaction, or within thirty (30) days if a Player alleges that another individual (or a minor) has accessed his/her Player Account.

9. Termination of Account
9.1 The Company has the right to terminate Services or suspend your account if it believes you are in breach of these Terms of Service.
9.2 In the event that your account or a particular subscription is terminated, suspended or cancelled, no refund will be granted, no other credits (e.g. points or tokens) will be credited to you or converted to cash or other form of reimbursement, and you will have no further access to your account or anything associated with it (such as points, tokens or Rubies). Blackjack

Baccarat
In online baccarat, when you receive your cards you add the value of the cards together to get a total sum between zero and nine, where nine is best and zero is worst. This will be done automatically for you in an online casino.

B. King, Queen and Jack and 10 are worth 10.
C. 2-9 are counted as their face value
